Instructions
- Make Chive Dip: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, light sour cream, mayo, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Chill in fridge.
- Make Fritter Batter: In a bowl, whisk flours, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk egg and almond milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients into a smooth batter. Add sliced onions and coat well.
- Cook: Heat a large skillet or air fryer. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Drop spoonfuls of onion batter, flatten gently, and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. (For air fryer: 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.)
