Instructions
- Preheat oven: 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9ร13-inch baking dish lightly.
- Make Hamburger Steaks: Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg whites, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties.
- Brown Steaks: Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a skillet. Brown patties 2โ3 min per side. Transfer to the baking dish.
- Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, sautรฉ onion and garlic until soft. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, Greek yogurt, Worcestershire, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2โ3 min.
- Assemble & Bake: Pour sauce over patties. Cover with foil and bake 30โ35 min, or until patties reach 160ยฐF.
