Air Fryer Poached Eggs (WW-Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs – 0 points
  • Cooking spray (ghee, avocado, or olive oil) – 0 points (just a light spritz)
  • 6 tbsp hot water – 0 points
  • Salt & pepper – 0 points
  • Optional: whole grain toast – 2 points per slice

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Heat your air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Prep ramekins: Lightly spray each ramekin with oil spray, then rub or brush to coat.
  3. Add water: Pour 3 tbsp hot water into each ramekin.
  4. Add eggs: Crack 1 egg into each ramekin.
  5. Cook: Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook 5–7 minutes, depending on yolk preference.
    • 5 min = soft/runny
    • 6 min = medium set
    • 7 min = firm
  6. Release eggs: Gently run a spatula or knife around the edges and lift eggs out.
  7. Serve: Place on toast, a salad, or enjoy as-is. Season with salt & pepper.
