Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed – 0 points
- 1 tsp olive oil – 1 point
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese – 2 points
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Toss the green beans with olive oil, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve warm – they’ll be slightly browned and crispy!
