Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup almond flour (or low-carb breadcrumbs)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions:
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and paprika until moldable.
- Shape into 3-inch sticks, ½-inch thick.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease basket.
- Air fry sticks 10–12 min, flipping halfway, until golden & crispy.
- Cool 2 min, serve with marinara, ranch, or spicy yogurt dip.
