Air Fryer Cheesy Pepper Rings

These are insanely good! Crunchy, cheesy, spicy, and totally guilt-free — like nachos, but lighter and way better!

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings):

  • 4 mini bell peppers, sliced into rings
  • 1 tsp olive oil (1 WW point)
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (3 WW points)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice mini bell peppers into rings.
  2. Toss them in a ziplock bag with olive oil, taco seasoning, cheese, and salt.
  3. Shake it up until everything’s coated.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melty and edges are crisp.

👉 WW Points (per serving):
3–4 points depending on your brand of cheese and oil spray.
Tip: Use olive oil spray instead of a teaspoon of oil to drop it to 2 points per serving!
