Ingredients (WW Adapted)
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup – 0 pts
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce – 0 pts
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika – 0 pts
- ¼ tsp garlic powder – 0 pts
- ¼ tsp onion powder – 0 pts
- ¼ tsp black pepper – 0 pts
- 2 medium carrots, shaved into thin ribbons – 0 pts
- Cooking spray – 0 pts
Instructions
- Mix the sugar-free maple syrup, soy sauce, and spices in a small bowl.
- Slice the carrots into long, thin strips using a mandolin or vegetable peeler.
- Add the carrot strips to a container and pour the marinade over them. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the strips in a single layer and air fry for 3 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
- Repeat until all strips are cooked.
