Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup powdered peanut butter
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp light cream cheese
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp maple extract, optional but delicious

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, protein powder, sugar-free maple syrup, light cream cheese, vanilla, maple extract, cinnamon and salt.

- Divide into 12 portions and gently roll each into a thick, slightly rustic ball like the ones pictured.
- Sprinkle the remaining walnuts over the tops and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
