Ingredients

  • 2 cups high-protein nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sweetener to taste if using plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds or pecans
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Sugar-free chocolate or caramel drizzle

Instructions

1. Prepare the Yogurt Base

In a bowl mix:

  • Greek yogurt
  • vanilla extract
  • sweetener if needed

Stir until smooth and creamy.


2. Spread the Mixture

Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the yogurt into a thin even layer.

Try to keep it thick enough so the bark pieces stay creamy after freezing.


3. Add the Toppings

Sprinkle evenly with:

  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • nuts
  • chocolate chips

Drizzle lightly with sugar-free chocolate or caramel syrup.


4. Freeze

Freeze for about 1–2 hours until fully firm.

Break or cut into bark-style pieces.

Store in the freezer.
