🧺 Ingredients (Lightened Up)
- 1 lb 99% fat-free ground turkey (instead of sausage)
- ½ cup low-sugar marinara/pizza sauce
- 1 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ½–1 cup turkey pepperoni slices
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil (optional)
👩🍳 Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook turkey in a skillet until browned. Drain any liquid.
- Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
- Divide meat into oven-safe bowls.
- Spoon sauce over the top.
- Add veggies + turkey pepperoni.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over everything.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Cool slightly, top with basil, and dig in.
