🧺 Ingredients

The “Cream” Layer

  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix

The “Caramel” Layer

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free salted caramel syrup

The “Crunch / Cookie” Layer

  • 2 low-fat graham cracker squares (crushed)
    (or 1 full sheet graham cracker)

The “Chocolate” Finish

  • Drizzle sugar-free chocolate syrup
    or a light dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and pudding mix until thick and smooth.
2️⃣ In a small jar or dessert cup, add half of the crushed graham crackers to the bottom.
3️⃣ Spoon half of the yogurt mixture on top.
4️⃣ Drizzle with some caramel syrup.
5️⃣ Repeat layers: crackers → yogurt → caramel.
6️⃣ Finish with a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup.
7️⃣ Refrigerate at least 30 minutes so the grahams soften into that “cookie bar” texture.
