🧺 Ingredients
- 16 oz cottage cheese (fat-free, 1%, 2% or 4%)
- 1/3 cup powdered sweetener (monk fruit / zero-cal sweetener works best)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy (about 1 minute).
2️⃣ Scrape sides if needed.
3️⃣ Add sweetener, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Blend again until silky and pudding-like.
4️⃣ Divide into small glasses or containers.
5️⃣ Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to chill and thicken.
6️⃣ Add berries on top right before serving if you want a little extra freshness.
Keeps in the fridge up to 5 days.
