Instructions

1️⃣ Heat pan and sauté garlic in measured sesame oil.
2️⃣ Add shrimp and curry paste; cook until heated through.
3️⃣ Add stir-fry veggies + shoots + sprouts + chestnuts. Cook until tender-crisp.
4️⃣ Serve over rice/cauli-rice blend.
