Ingredients (Low-Point Optimized)

  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or fat-free milk)
  • 1 tbsp flour or cornstarch (to thicken)
  • 1 tbsp light butter OR cooking spray
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 slices low-point bread (1–2 pts each)

  • garlic powder, onion powder, parsley

Instructions

1️⃣ In a pan, use spray or light butter and whisk in flour.
2️⃣ Slowly add milk while whisking until thickened.
3️⃣ Stir in tuna and peas. Season.
