- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 4 cups fat-free chicken broth
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk OR fat-free half-and-half
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1️⃣ Spray pot and sauté onion + celery 3–4 minutes.
