Ingredients (Low-Point Optimized)

  • 1 lb 96% lean ground beef (key for keeping points low)
  • Cooking spray (instead of oil — same result in a skillet)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup beef broth or water (as needed)

Instructions

1️⃣ Brown the beef
Spray skillet and cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain if needed.

2️⃣ Add flavor base
Add onion and garlic. Cook 2–3 minutes until softened.

3️⃣ Add veggies
Stir in cabbage, tomatoes, bell pepper, and spices.

4️⃣ Simmer
