Ingredients (WW Optimized — same look)

Crust (LOW POINT swap but looks the same)

  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (store-bought)
    ✅ or make your own with light grahams + light butter if needed

Filling

  • 1 tub sugar-free Cool Whip (fat-free)
  • 1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (this is the key swap!)
  • 3½ tsp dry sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced (fresh)
    ✅ OR no-sugar-added strawberry pie filling (if you find it)

Optional garnish:

  • extra strawberry slices on top

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix condensed milk + Cool Whip until fluffy.
  2. Add dry strawberry Jell-O and mix well.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and mix until thicker and creamy.
  4. Fold in diced strawberries (or pie filling).
  5. Pour into crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill 2+ hours until set.
