Instructions
- In a bowl, mix condensed milk + Cool Whip until fluffy.
- Add dry strawberry Jell-O and mix well.
- Pour in lemon juice and mix until thicker and creamy.
- Fold in diced strawberries (or pie filling).
- Pour into crust and smooth the top.
- Chill 2+ hours until set.
