Ingredients (WW Optimized — same look)

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup fat-free milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (replaces heavy cream vibe + keeps it rich)
  • ¾ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar (still cheesy, fewer points)
  • 1 cup caramelized onions (use cooking spray, not oil)
  • 1½ cups cooked ground turkey Italian sausage (or 99% lean ground turkey + Italian seasoning)
  • 1 cup sautéed baby bella mushrooms (use spray)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

✅ Optional (0 points but makes it “restaurant”):

  • pinch of chili flakes / paprika on top

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk eggs + milk + Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Stir in cheddar, onions, sausage, mushrooms, salt + pepper.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until center is set.
  7. Cool 10 minutes, then slice into 8 meal-prep pieces.
