Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs + milk + Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar, onions, sausage, mushrooms, salt + pepper.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until center is set.
