✅ Makes: 4 loaf pans
✅ Servings: 8 (½ pan per serving)
⏱ Prep: 15 min | Bake: 20–30 min
🔥 Oven: 400°F (200°C)
Ingredients (WW Optimized – same look)
Meat layer
- 1 lb 96% lean ground beef (browned + drained)
- 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey OR turkey Italian sausage (browned + drained)
✅ This keeps it just as meaty but cuts points HARD compared to regular sausage.
Sauce
- 1 jar Rao’s Marinara / Pizza Sauce (watch servings but it’s still low)
Cheese layer (WW hack)
- 2 cups fat-free shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup part-skim mozzarella (just enough to give that real stretchy top)
Topping
- Turkey pepperoni slices (enough to cover tops)
Optional toppings (0 points, adds volume + still looks like pizza):
- mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brown and drain both meats.
- In each loaf pan:
- add a little sauce on bottom
- sprinkle cheese
- add meat layer
- sprinkle cheese
- repeat another layer
- top with cheese + turkey pepperoni + extra toppings
- Bake 20–30 minutes, until bubbling and golden on top.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving (holds shape better).
🔢 WW Points Breakdown (Estimated)
✅ Per serving (½ loaf pan): ~8–10 WW Points
(estimate depends on cheese brand + pepperoni)
Where points come from:
- Lean beef + turkey sausage: ~4–5 points
- Cheese blend: ~3–4 points
- Turkey pepperoni: ~1–2 points
- Sauce: ~0–1 point
🔥 Lower-point trick (same look):
Use less part-skim mozzarella (just top layer)
➡️ can drop closer to ~7–8 points per serving
