Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small onion, chopped (0 pts)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced (0 pts)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (0 pts)
  • 3 cups cauliflower rice (0 pts)
  • 1 egg (optional, 0 pts if using egg whites)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce (0 pts)
  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp (0 pts) — or other protein of choice

Instructions:

1️⃣ Spray a skillet with veggie oil and heat over medium. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. 🧄🧅
