Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (0 points)
  • 1 oz reduced-fat cream cheese (≈2 points)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheese blend (≈3 points)
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream (≈0–1 point)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the cauliflower until fork-tender.
  2. Drain well and return the hot cauliflower to the pot.
  3. Add cream cheese, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
  4. Stir until everything melts and coats the cauliflower evenly.
  5. Taste and adjust if needed, then serve warm.
