Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp light Caesar dressing (2 points)
  • 4–5 oz cooked shrimp (0 points)
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped (0 points)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (0 points)
  • Optional: croutons (+1–2 points if added)

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortilla slightly so it’s flexible.
  2. Spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add a generous amount of lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Top with cooked shrimp.
  5. Roll it up, slice if you want, and enjoy!
