WW Creamy White Chocolate Pie

Lower-Carb | Lighter Holiday Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup fat-free half & half (or evaporated skim milk — same texture, way lower points)
  • 1 box sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 store-bought light nut pie crust (pecan or walnut-style)
  • Optional topping: fresh berries

Instructions:

  1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy (whisk attachment works great).
  2. Add pudding mix and beat until fully combined.
  3. Slowly pour in the fat-free half & half and beat for 4–5 minutes until thick and creamy.
  4. Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Slice into 8 pieces and serve chilled.
