Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast
- ¼ cup black beans (rinsed & drained)
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp fat-free or nonfat Greek yogurt
- Fresh lime juice, to taste
- Taco seasoning, to taste
Instructions:
- Add chicken, black beans, and tomatoes to a bowl.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, a squeeze of lime, and taco seasoning.
- Mix until creamy and evenly coated.
- Eat as-is or chill slightly before serving.
