Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast
  • ¼ cup black beans (rinsed & drained)
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp fat-free or nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Fresh lime juice, to taste
  • Taco seasoning, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add chicken, black beans, and tomatoes to a bowl.
  2. Stir in Greek yogurt, a squeeze of lime, and taco seasoning.
  3. Mix until creamy and evenly coated.
  4. Eat as-is or chill slightly before serving.
