WW Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 vanilla protein shake (low-point / WW-friendly)
  • 1 packet sugar-free Blueberry Jell-O (or Blueberry Crush)
  • Ice, to taste

Cheesecake Foam (low-point version):

  • ¼ cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake syrup

Instructions:

  1. Blend the protein shake, blueberry mix, and ice until smooth and frosty.
  2. Froth fat-free milk with sugar-free cheesecake syrup until light and fluffy.
  3. Pour shake into a glass and top with the foam.
  4. Sip and enjoy immediately.
