WW Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

Lower-Point Version | Same Fast-Food Look

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb extra-lean ground beef (96%)
  • Cooking spray (instead of oil)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • ¾ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar (melts the same)
  • 4 low-calorie flour tortillas
  • 4 baked tostada shells or thin crispy corn tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped pickles
  • Sugar-free ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions:

  1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft, about 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up well. Drain if needed.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard powder. Stir well and remove from heat.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat. Place a tostada shell in the center.
  6. Add a scoop of seasoned beef, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  8. Fold tortilla edges over the filling to create a tight wrap.
  9. Place seam-side down in a hot nonstick skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  10. Let rest 1 minute, then serve hot.
