Ingredients:
- 4 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped (grilled, baked, or air-fried)
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (1% or fat-free)
- 2–3 tbsp reduced-fat shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp no-sugar-added marinara sauce
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Garlic (powder or minced), to taste
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Add chicken and cottage cheese to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spoon marinara over the top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Microwave for about 1 minute, or until hot and melty.
- Stir slightly or leave layered — your call — and enjoy.
