WW Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (0 points)
  • 1 scoop zero-point protein powder (clean, unsweetened)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, 0)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (≈1 point total → ½ point per serving)
  • Stevia or monk fruit, to taste (0)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, 0)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (0)
  • Fresh strawberries, raspberries & blueberries for topping (0)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
  2. In a small pan, warm the berries with lemon juice for about 5 minutes, just until soft and jammy.
  3. Layer yogurt and berry compote in a glass (keep those pretty layers 👀).
  4. Top with fresh berries and chill before serving.
