📝 Ingredients
- 1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 32 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
- Splenda or sweetener, to taste (optional)
- 8 oz fat-free whipped topping
- 1 large bag frozen berries (raspberries work best)

- In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix with Greek yogurt until smooth and thick.
- Taste and add sweetener if needed.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Stir in frozen berries.
- Chill in the fridge until the berries release their juices and everything sets beautifully.
