Berry Cloud Dessert Cups

This is one of those “I’ll just have one spoon” situations… and suddenly the bowl is empty. Cold, fluffy, slightly sweet, and loaded with juicy berries — it tastes like a frozen dessert but behaves like a smart choice. Best enjoyed slowly, but good luck with that 😉


📝 Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 32 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • Splenda or sweetener, to taste (optional)
  • 8 oz fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 large bag frozen berries (raspberries work best)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix with Greek yogurt until smooth and thick.
  2. Taste and add sweetener if needed.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in frozen berries.
  5. Chill in the fridge until the berries release their juices and everything sets beautifully.
