Ingredients (WW-Friendly)
- 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast) – 0 points
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – ~6 points total
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
How to Make Them
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Add chicken and Parmesan + seasonings to a zip-top bag.
- Shake like you mean it until every piece is coated.
- Lay chicken on the baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping once, until golden and cooked through.
(Optional: broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crisp.)
