WW-Friendly Ingredient Swaps
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
(fruit = 0 points; use just 1โ2 tbsp juice for flavor) - 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup fat-free milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
- ยพ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup light whipped topping (like Cool Whip Light)

- 2 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts โ +2 points total
- Toasted coconut, cherries, extra pineapple โ minimal or 0 if fruit-only
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until thick. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut, and 1โ2 tbsp reserved pineapple juice.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy.

- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
