Ingredients
- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Zero-cal sweetener, to taste
(or 1–2 tbsp honey → adds points) - 3 tbsp milk or unsweetened almond milk
- Optional toppings: berries, shaved chocolate, crushed nuts (track if used)
Instructions
- Add yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and milk to a bowl.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Place in the freezer for 4 hours (stir once halfway if you want it extra smooth).
- Scoop, add toppings if you like, and enjoy.
