Ingredients

  • 4–6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2–3 tbsp light mayonnaise, light sour cream, or a mix
  • 2–3 tbsp sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh)
  • Everything Bagel seasoning or salt & pepper

Optional add-ins:
Hot sauce • garlic powder • crushed red pepper • chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Prep the eggs
    Peel and slice eggs into quarters or wedges. Arrange on a plate or in a container.
  2. Add the creamy layer
    Dollop or drizzle mayo, sour cream, or both over the eggs. This adds richness and helps everything stick.
  3. Bring the heat
    Scatter jalapeños over the top — go bold or keep it mild.
