Ingredients (Lightened Up)
- 1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (or reduced-fat if unavailable)
- 1 regular container fat-free Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can light strawberry pie filling
or 1 cup fresh diced strawberries + zero-cal sweetener - 3½ tsp dry sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 WW-friendly graham cracker crust (store-bought light or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix condensed milk and Cool Whip by hand until light and fluffy.
- Add dry strawberry Jell-O and mix until fully combined.
- Pour in lemon juice and continue mixing until the mixture thickens.
- Gently fold in strawberries or pie filling.
- Spoon evenly into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices if you’re feeling fancy.
