Strawberry Fluff Cheesecake Pie (WW-Friendly)

Ingredients (Lightened Up)

  • 1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (or reduced-fat if unavailable)
  • 1 regular container fat-free Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 can light strawberry pie filling
    or 1 cup fresh diced strawberries + zero-cal sweetener
  • 3½ tsp dry sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 WW-friendly graham cracker crust (store-bought light or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix condensed milk and Cool Whip by hand until light and fluffy.
  2. Add dry strawberry Jell-O and mix until fully combined.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and continue mixing until the mixture thickens.
  4. Gently fold in strawberries or pie filling.
  5. Spoon evenly into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices if you’re feeling fancy.
