- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 8 oz fat-free Cool Whip, frozen
- 0-cal sweetener to taste (instead of honey/sugar)
- ¼–½ cup cold water (or diet pineapple drink mix, optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple, frozen Cool Whip, sweetener, and water to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
- Serve right away like soft-serve, or freeze for about 30 minutes if you want it firmer.
