- 2 cups button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and dried well
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup almond flour (slightly reduced to lower points)
- ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Olive oil spray (instead of pouring oil)

1️⃣ Prep
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Line the basket with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Set Up Coating
- In one dish: beat the eggs.
- In another dish, mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Coat the Mushrooms
- Dip each mushroom into the egg.
