⭐ Ingredients

  • 2 cups button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and dried well
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup almond flour (slightly reduced to lower points)
  • ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Olive oil spray (instead of pouring oil)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Line the basket with parchment paper.


2️⃣ Set Up Coating

  • In one dish: beat the eggs.
  • In another dish, mix almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Coat the Mushrooms

  • Dip each mushroom into the egg.
  • Roll in the almond-parmesan mixture until fully coated.
  • Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Lightly spray with olive oil.

4️⃣ Air Fry

Cook for 12–14 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
