Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares

Light, creamy, banana-pudding flavor in a chilled cheesecake bar — perfect for a WW-friendly dessert that still feels like a treat.


⭐ Ingredients

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 block (8 oz) fat-free or 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
  • 1 packet sugar-free banana pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (optional — firmer texture)

Optional Crust

  • 5 sheets light graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 tbsp light butter

🥣 Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 pan.
  2. Crust (optional): Mix graham crackers + butter. Press into pan. Bake 5–7 min, cool.
  3. Mix cream cheese + yogurt until smooth.
  4. Add pudding mix, mashed banana, vanilla, and whipped topping.
  5. Add egg if using.
  6. Spread over crust (or directly into the pan).
  7. If using egg: bake 25–30 min.
    If not using egg: skip baking — chill until firm.
  8. Chill at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Slice into 9 squares.
