~1–2 WW Points per serving (depending on shake & pudding brand)
This little lemon pudding tastes like something you’d get from a fancy café, but it literally comes together in seconds. I made it on a day when I needed something bright and sweet without the effort — and it turned into one of those recipes you make twice in one week because it’s that easy.
🥣 Ingredients (Lightened)
- 1 low-calorie protein shake
(Premier protein lemon, vanilla Fairlife, or any 100–160 kcal shake) - 3 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake OR vanilla Jell-O pudding mix
- 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp sugar-free graham crumbs (optional — still low point, just skip for 0 points)
👩🍳 Directions
- In a bowl or blender, mix the protein shake, pudding mix, lemon juice, and zest until creamy and thick.
- Pour into small cups or ramekins.
- Add a light sprinkle of sugar-free graham crumbs on top (optional but very cute).
- Chill 2 hours or overnight for that real cheesecake texture.
🔢 WW Points
- Using a low-calorie protein shake + sugar-free pudding mix =
1–2 points total per cup, depending on your protein shake brand. - Skip the crumbs for the lowest points.
