Strawberries & Cream Jello Cups (WW Low-Point Version)

WW Points: 2 points per serving (makes 4 servings)
(Points come mostly from the light cream substitute.)

To keep the points low, we replace heavy whipping cream with a mix of unsweetened almond milk + a little fat-free half-and-half. This keeps the texture creamy without the huge point cost.


Ingredients (WW Adapted)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, heated โ€“ 0 pts
  • 1 packet sugar-free strawberry gelatin โ€“ 0 pts
  • ยฝ cup fat-free half-and-half โ€“ 2 pts
  • Optional: a few sliced strawberries or a spoonful of berries (0โ€“1 pt depending on amount)

Instructions

  1. Heat the almond milk until steaming (not boiling).
  2. Pour in the sugar-free gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the fat-free half-and-half and mix well.
  4. Pour into small cups or ramekins.
  5. Add berries if you want.
  6. Chill for 2โ€“3 hours until fully set.
