WW Points: 2 points per serving (makes 4 servings)
(Points come mostly from the light cream substitute.)
To keep the points low, we replace heavy whipping cream with a mix of unsweetened almond milk + a little fat-free half-and-half. This keeps the texture creamy without the huge point cost.
Ingredients (WW Adapted)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, heated โ 0 pts
- 1 packet sugar-free strawberry gelatin โ 0 pts
- ยฝ cup fat-free half-and-half โ 2 pts
- Optional: a few sliced strawberries or a spoonful of berries (0โ1 pt depending on amount)
Instructions
- Heat the almond milk until steaming (not boiling).
- Pour in the sugar-free gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add the fat-free half-and-half and mix well.
- Pour into small cups or ramekins.
- Add berries if you want.
- Chill for 2โ3 hours until fully set.
