- 4 oz grilled chicken breast – 1–2 points
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 0 points
- 1/2 tsp paprika – 0 points
- 1/4 tsp black pepper – 0 points
- 1 can green beans, drained & rinsed – 0 points
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese – 2–3 points

🔥 Instructions
- Sauté the onions:
Spray your pan or add 1 tsp olive oil. Cook sliced onions 5–7 minutes until soft and golden. - Cook the chicken:
Season with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Grill or pan-cook until fully done. Slice into strips. - Warm the green beans:
Heat them in the microwave or toss in the pan (spray-only if you want 0 points). - Assemble:
