🧀 Ingredients (Makes 2 personal pizzas)
- 2 cups light shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg (optional — helps bind but can be skipped to lower points)
- 3–4 tbsp low-point pizza sauce
- Extra light mozzarella for topping
- Seasoning: garlic powder, oregano, pinch of salt
🔧 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Mix the almond flour and light mozzarella in a bowl. Microwave for 30–45 seconds until melty.
- Add the egg (optional) and spices. Mix into a dough.
- Press the dough onto parchment into two thin crusts.
- Bake 10 minutes, then remove.
- Add pizza sauce and a sprinkle of light mozzarella.
- Bake another 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
