Low-Point “Better-Than-Fathead” Pizza Crust

WW Points: About 5–6 points per personal pizza (depending on cheese brands used)


🧀 Ingredients (Makes 2 personal pizzas)

  • 2 cups light shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg (optional — helps bind but can be skipped to lower points)
  • 3–4 tbsp low-point pizza sauce
  • Extra light mozzarella for topping
  • Seasoning: garlic powder, oregano, pinch of salt

🔧 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour and light mozzarella in a bowl. Microwave for 30–45 seconds until melty.
  3. Add the egg (optional) and spices. Mix into a dough.
  4. Press the dough onto parchment into two thin crusts.
  5. Bake 10 minutes, then remove.
  6. Add pizza sauce and a sprinkle of light mozzarella.
  7. Bake another 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
