  • 2 ½ cups Fage 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz packet sugar-free, fat-free lemon Jell-O mix
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (only if you want it a bit thinner — still stays 1 point!)

🍋 Instructions

  1. Stir the Greek yogurt and lemon Jell-O mix together until completely smooth and fluffy.
