Ingredients
- Low-carb tortillas (I used Mission low-carb)
- 2–3 tbsp softened cream cheese
- 1–2 tsp butter for frying (or use a spray to reduce points)
- Cinnamon sugar mixture: cinnamon + Swerve (or your preferred sugar substitute)
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla and cut into 5–6 pieces.
- Heat butter in a skillet and fry the roll-ups until golden brown.
- Toss or sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Enjoy warm! 😋
