Ingredients

  • Low-carb tortillas (I used Mission low-carb)
  • 2–3 tbsp softened cream cheese
  • 1–2 tsp butter for frying (or use a spray to reduce points)
  • Cinnamon sugar mixture: cinnamon + Swerve (or your preferred sugar substitute)

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese on each tortilla.
  2. Roll up the tortilla and cut into 5–6 pieces.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet and fry the roll-ups until golden brown.
  4. Toss or sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Enjoy warm! 😋

💡 WW Tip: Use non-stick spray or a light butter substitute to reduce points even more, and these are perfect with coffee or tea.
