But I wasn’t about to derail my goals, so I got creative and made a Protein Pizza Bowl instead.

Ingredients
(Serves 1 | ~4–5 WW Points 💙 depending on toppings)
- 4 oz grilled chicken chunks (or lean ground turkey / 99% fat-free ground beef)
- ¼ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp part-skim mozzarella cheese
- A few slices of turkey pepperoni
- Diced bell peppers
- Sliced mushrooms
- Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In an oven-safe or air fryer-safe bowl, layer grilled chicken, marinara, veggies, and cheese.
- Top with turkey pepperoni and seasoning.
- Air fry (or bake) at 375°F (190°C) for 5–6 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly — then dig in and enjoy that pizza flavor without the crust or carbs! 😋
