WW Baked Parmesan Tomatoes Light, cheesy, and full of flavor — only 2 points per serving (2 slices)!

Ingredients (serves 6 slices / 3 servings):

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced into 6 rounds
  • ⅓ cup reduced-fat Parmesan cheese (3 WW points total)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray (0 points)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place tomato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  3. Mix Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over tomato slices.
  4. Lightly mist with olive oil spray.
  5. Bake 5–10 minutes, until cheese melts and is golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
