- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, 0 pts)
Cheese & Garlic Sauce:
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (8 pts, ~2 pts per serving)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (5 pts, ~1 pt per serving)
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted (4 pts, ~1 pt per serving)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed (0 pts)
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped (0 pts)
- Extra Parmesan (optional, 0–1 pt)
Instructions:
- Prep Cauliflower: Cut florets into similar-sized pieces. Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place florets in a single layer in the basket (do not overcrowd). Air fry 12–15 min until golden and crispy.
- Make Cheese & Garlic Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add crushed garlic and sauté 30 sec. Remove from heat, stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine: Toss the air-fried cauliflower in the cheese-garlic sauce until well coated.
