Ingredients (4 servings, ~1 cup each):
- 2 cups broccoli florets (0 pts)
- 1 large apple, diced (0 pts)
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (0 pts)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (6 pts, optional)
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds, lightly toasted (4 pts)
Dressing:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat or low-fat) (2 pts)
- 1 Tbsp honey (1 pt)

Instructions:
