Quick WW Chocolate Fudge Bites

Rich, chocolatey, and just a small indulgence — perfect for guilt-free snacking!

Ingredients (~16 small squares):

  • 1 cup sugar (16 pts)
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder (0 pts)
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (4 pts)
  • 3 oz evaporated milk (6 pts)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (0 pts)
  • Nuts optional (1 Tbsp chopped walnuts – 1 pt)

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils, then simmer 5–6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour into a small buttered dish. Cool completely. Cut into ~16 small squares.
  5. Optional: fold in nuts before pouring.
