- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth – 0 points

- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 6 slices reduced-fat provolone cheese – 1 point each
- 6 whole wheat hamburger buns – 2 points each
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the beef, onion, green pepper, and salt in a skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Stir in cornstarch until the beef mixture is coated.
