Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded β 0 pts
- 1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup β 2 pts
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream) β 0 pts
- 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix β 0 pts
- 2 slices center-cut bacon, cooked & crumbled β 2 pts
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (divided) β 4 pts
- 1 can reduced-fat refrigerated biscuits (Pillsbury Jr. or similar, ~10 biscuits, cut into fourths) β 24 pts (about 4 pts per biscuit; shared across servings = 4 pts each)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, Ranch seasoning, Β½ cup cheese, and bacon.
- Cut biscuits into fourths and fold them into the mixture.
- Spread into a greased 9Γ13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake 25β30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
